Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory organization, order preparation, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hands-on responsibilities, follows procedures carefully, and contributes to a safe and orderly working environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify deliveries against accompanying documentation.
• Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for distribution or delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts and update stock records as assigned.
• Inspect items for visible damage, missing quantities, or other discrepancies.
• Prepare promotional materials and supplies for scheduled events and activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and accessible warehouse and storage areas.
• Report inventory shortages, damaged goods, and supply needs to the appropriate team member.
• Follow established procedures for handling and storing materials.
• Work with colleagues to complete daily warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and report potential workplace hazards.
