What you'll do:
Receiving & inventory
Unload incoming shipments by hand or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to supervisor
Stock and rotate product on shelves and in storage areas according to company procedures
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with periodic inventory audits
Enter receiving data into company software systems
Shipping & order fulfillment
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
Load outbound shipments onto trucks; secure and verify loads before departure
Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
Assist customers in loading purchased products into their vehicles
Equipment operation
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely
Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisor
Keep all equipment clean and in proper working condition
Safety & facility upkeep
Follow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning of warehouse and storage areas
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisor immediately
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior warehouse, logistics, or agricultural experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Basic math and computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
