Warehouse Associate

Marina Distributing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products within our warehouse facility. Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site) | Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect and verify incoming inventory for quality and quantity.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet operational goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
