Schedule: Monday - Friday, with possible daily overtime or weekends

About the Role

We are seeking experienced warehouse associates to join our distribution center in Visalia, CA. The role involves operating forklifts to move products and utilizing RF scanners to track inventory. Candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting approximately 50 pounds, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products within the warehouse environment
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and transactions
• Pull and pick orders accurately using warehouse systems
• Assist in order packing and staging as needed
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE when handling equipment and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support other warehouse functions during downtime to ensure smooth operations
• Comply with distribution center safety, quality, and operational standards
• Perform physical lifting of approximately 50 pounds during shifts
• Ensure proper documentation and scanning accuracy for inventory processes
• Participate in safety training and operational updates
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory tracking
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes
• Knowledge of order pulling, picking, and packing operations
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification for forklift operation (Tier 5 or equivalent)
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Forklift machinery (Certified Forklift Tier 5 or equivalent)
• RF scanners for order and inventory management
• Warehouse management systems for order pulling and tracking

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
• Use of PPE as required for safety and handling materials
