Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is part of Clair's inbound & outbound team. Daily workload will be split between checking gear in, testing, prepping and packing work trunks for tours/events driven by daily demand.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Part of the inbound team: counting, coiling, checking, and organizing gear returning from a tour/event Part of the outbound team: gathering cables/rigging, labeling/Looming, and supervised packing of caddiesQUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.Exceptional customer service skills Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environmentAbility to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditionsPrompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, when necessaryA valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks Assist with cycle counting of all gear Assist Warehouse Manager with daily duties-show preps,etc. Assist shipping and receiving with boxing/unboxing Drive Clair vehicles with either gear or personnel at any time of the dayCOMPANY CONFORMANCE STATEMENT:Clair employees at every level are expected to conform to the following:Support Clair's Strategic Blueprint, Mission, and Core Values Exercise honesty, integrity, and respect and interact professionally with co-workers, clients, and vendorsDemonstrate a positive attitude Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Maintain regular attendanceKeep work areas neat and organizedExercise initiative and be open to learning new skills and tasks Every employee shares responsibility for safety and health within the company.
