Warehouse Associate
Job Location: Fairfield, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $16-$16.90/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 5:30am-1:30pm - Friday; 9am-5:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience in a warehouse, retail, or restaurant environment? Our client, an e-commerce clothing company in Fairfield, is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily operations for the next couple of months.
In this hands-on role, must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout your shift. You'll help prepare clothing for shipment by hanging and steaming garments, keeping products organized, and assisting wherever needed. We're looking for team players who are detail oriented, flexible, and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hang and steam clothing to prepare garments for shipment
- Handle, organize, and move clothing and other warehouse items
- Assist with daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations
- Maintain an organized work area and keep products properly arranged
- Provide direction and guidance to associates as needed
- Move between tasks and departments to support changing business needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
- Follow verbal and written instructions, workplace procedures, and safety guidelines
- Lift, move, push, and pull item weighing up to 50 pounds as needed

Experience Required:
- At least 1 of experience in a warehouse, retail, restaurant, or other dynamic environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to listen to and follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to assist wherever needed and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to being part of a successful team
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
