Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Forklift Operator positions in Bristol, CT. • Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:45 am – 05:15 pm

• Weekly paycheck 

• Pay: $19.00/Hour

Responsibilities:  

• Maintain accurate material verification, data files, records, and reporting. to reduce department’s deviation rate, inventory discrepancies or material loss.

• Ensure required materials, components, chemicals and other supplies are delivered to manufacturing areas in a timely fashion to ensure continuity of production.

• Order raw materials to meet business needs. Manage min/max Kanban inventory levels in coordination with buyer and internal suppliers.

• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition

Requirements:  

• Forklift Operator experience required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years’ related Materials Management experience or *3 years’ non-materials management roles.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less and push 150 lbs. or less.

• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
