Warehouse Associate - Fort Worth, TX

Position Overview: 

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials within a warehouse or storage facility. Your day-to-day tasks will include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products to ensure accurate inventory management. You will work in a safe, organized workspace while utilizing barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to streamline operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Load and unload materials efficiently within the warehouse or storage area. 

• Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and product counting tasks. 

• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following the 7S program consistently. 

• Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management software accurately. 

• Adhere to all safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team members. 

• Support team efforts to meet operational goals and improve processes. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Prior experience operating material handling equipment preferred. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. 

• Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. 

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as needed. 

• Dexterity to use hands and fingers for handling tools and equipment. 

• Tolerance for working in hot or cold warehouse environments. 

• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including potential overtime. 

• 1+ year of warehouse experience is preferred. 

• Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. 

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. 

• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach. 

Schedule & Compensation: 

• Shifts available: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM. 

• Overtime may be mandatory and is compensated accordingly. 

• Competitive pay rates from $18.75 to $20.25 per hour.

Pay Details: $18.75 to $20.25 per hour
