Location: Hatfield, PA
Pay: $720 - $1,040+ per week
Schedule: Full-Time, Set Schedule at Hire

Available Shifts:

• Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates / Order Selectors to join our fast-paced distribution center team in Hatfield, PA. This is a production-based position where your earnings are tied to your performance, giving you the opportunity to increase your weekly pay through productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select customer orders throughout the warehouse
• Operate ride-on electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Use RF scanners, voice-picking technology (VoCollect), and pick tickets to complete orders
• Build pallets and prepare product for shipment
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Verify product counts and maintain order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, picking, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
• Basic comfort using warehouse technology and scanning equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to work on concrete floors in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job throughout the shift
