Warehouse Associate

Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

A well-established local company is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This position is responsible for receiving shipments, organizing inventory, pulling orders, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
