Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing materials for distribution or company activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on work, and committed to following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and check items against relevant documentation.
• Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders or supplies for dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using safe handling practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Maintain accurate records of received, stored, and distributed materials.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary obstructions.
• Follow inventory procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Communicate supply needs and operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and handling materials within the physical requirements of the role, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience is beneficial but not required.
