Warehouse Associate

FieldBridge is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $21 - $23/hour | Day shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, occasional Sun 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Great opportunity for OT pay | At $21.19/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,165.45 gross ($1,297.45 at $23.59/hr)

• Temp/contract, full-time, through approximately 04/23/2027
• High school diploma or GED required
• Immediate availability to start required
• Interview process: 1st round virtual, 2nd round in person with a hands-on skills assessment

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Warehouser to support a manufacturing facility with receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. You will operate heavy stand-up and sit-down forklifts and keep inventory records accurate. The role is hands-on and requires strong attention to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials, components, and equipment
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely
• Read warehouse documentation and blueprints/drawings to determine items to be moved or shipped
• Record material movements in the computer database and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe, and comply with all HSE policies

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of forklift experience (heavy stand-up and sit-down)
• 3 years of warehouse experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred
• Able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• High school diploma or GED
