Warehouse Associate (Hybrid – Warehouse Focus)

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on warehouse responsibilities, with occasional administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to think on their feet. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills are essential, as this position requires both physical warehouse work and the ability to accurately navigate computer systems and enter information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments
• Accurately pick, stage, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Enter and maintain accurate information in computer systems
• Use email and other computer-based tools to communicate and complete daily tasks
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine warehouse and order-related issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping information
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable and consistent attendance is required
• Basic to intermediate computer skills are required, including the ability to navigate computer systems, use email, and enter data accurately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn and work with warehouse and inventory systems
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and company procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with modern warehouse practices is a plus.

Work Environment & Expectations

This is primarily a warehouse position, with administrative duties performed on an as-needed basis. Candidates should be comfortable balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with computer-based tasks.
