Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate I to assist with order picking, inventory, and general warehouse operations. This is an entry-level position involving the movement and organization of products throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and retrieve products according to pick tickets.
• Transport products to the appropriate shipping area.
• Repack and weigh orders as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, push carts, and warehouse equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Follow FIFO procedures and properly label and store products.
• Enter information into computer and warehouse systems.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Monitor supply levels and report supply or equipment needs.
• Report maintenance, safety, and other warehouse issues to management.
• Follow company safety procedures, cGMPs, and FDA requirements.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Entry-level position; warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Forklift certification/experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Work Details

• Full-time position in Camarillo, CA.
• Shift may vary.
• Hands-on warehouse environment.
• Frequent use of forklifts, pallet jacks, push carts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and pulling throughout the workday.
• May require working longer than a typical 8-hour shift.
