Warehouse Associate I

Workers selected for this role are not permitted to have any driving responsibilities nor are they allowed to have any driving responsibilities for the entire assignment

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Steel Toe Shoes/ Boots Required
Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organizations stated principles and values.
Pick customer orders, of all types, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Determine if orders can ship via the manner indicated on the picking ticket and take the necessary actions to resolve incompatible shipping methods.
Provide picked orders to the shipping team / will call support for outbound processing.
Demonstrate and apply analytic problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day inventory issues that impact order-picking processes.   
Participate in daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
Displays strong work ethic and honesty and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail oriented.       
Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.

Qualifications:
Able to meet deadlines.
Excellent attendance record required.
Able to work overtime as needed.

Requirements:
General knowledge of electrical products.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfying customer requirements.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete job tasks.
Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.
