About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in Joliet, IL. This role involves safely loading and unloading products, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining organized goods storage to ensure efficient warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products from trucks, containers, and pallets using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Assist with inventory management by accurately documenting received and shipped goods
• Sort, organize, and store goods properly within the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility
• Inspect goods during unloading for damage and report discrepancies or issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to maintain smooth operations and workflow

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a picker, sorter, packer, or in a related warehouse role
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks
• Basic inventory documentation skills
• Understanding of safety procedures and PPE use

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control or product handling
