Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a growing distribution center specializing in processing and reselling returned merchandise. In this role, you will work in a clean, organized warehouse environment, handling returns, inspecting and scanning products, and preparing shipments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming returns from customers
• Unpack returned merchandise and inspect items for quality and condition
• Scan products into inventory systems and accurately document product information
• Sort and restock approved merchandise into designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and overall organization of warehouse supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies within the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support team operations

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable using a computer for data entry and inventory scanning
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Dependability and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory inspection and quality control
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Skills in order pulling and packing
• Knowledge of inventory scanning systems and data entry computer systems

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
• Compliance with all safety procedures
