About the Role

We are seeking dependable and organized Warehouse Associates to support essential warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure efficient warehouse operations and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and verifying merchandise
• Prepare customer orders by processing requests and supply requests
• Pull materials, pack boxes, and place orders in the delivery area
• Sort and organize items on racks, shelves, or bins
• Open bales, crates, and containers as needed
• Record received or distributed items using computer systems to maintain inventory accuracy
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols
• Wear appropriate safety equipment at all times
• Organize and clean warehouse work areas for operational efficiency
• Move, lift, and carry objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly and assist with heavier objects over 100 lbs with team support
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently during shift
• Occasionally sit, climb, or balance as required

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Basic communication, organization, time management, and mathematical skills
• Dependability and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, equipment operation, or data entry
• Computer skills related to warehouse management systems
• Certification in inventory or equipment operation

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Computer system for inventory recording
• Safety equipment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs
• Occasionally lift objects exceeding 100 lbs with team assistance
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally sit, climb, or balance
