Warehouse Associate
A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, RF scanners, or a WMS system.
- Pack items securely and neatly in accordance with packing standards to prevent damage in transit.
- Apply correct labels, documentation, and postage to outbound parcels.
- Meet individual and team picking/packing rate targets consistently.
- Follow SOP's and Work Instructions.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, or low stock levels to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support accurate inventory management.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics environment required
- Experience using RF scanners, barcodes, or a WMS.
- Prior forklift certification is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for accuracy.
- Ability to work at pace and meet time-sensitive targets.
- Good physical fitness with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a exhibit a positive team attitude. Show respect for others.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a full-time role with a rate of $18.00/hourly.
