Warehouse Associate

AtWork Personnel is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-growing distribution company in Leander TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, has knowledge of hardware tools and supplies, and wants long-term growth in the warehouse/logistics field.



Responsibilities

• 
  
• Pick, pack, pull, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• 
  
• Identify and use standard hardware tools, equipment, and shop supplies.
• 
  
• Perform inventory counts and restock items as needed.
• 
  
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using standard warehouse equipment.
• 
  
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• 
  
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment.
• 
  
• Boxing and packaging customer orders
• 
  
• Assisting with general warehouse operations
• 
  
• Maintaining accuracy and organization while preparing orders
• 
  
• Writing and on boxes and shipping cartons as needed (Very important)
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or material-handling experience preferred.
• 
  
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and physical warehouse duties.
• 
  
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
• 
  
• Ability to follow order sheets and instructions accurately.
• 
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• 
  
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company procedures.
•
