Warehouse Associate Location: Locust Grove, GA Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

A well-established, fast-growing distribution operation in Locust Grove, GA is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join their team at a brand-new facility. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of something being built from the start — where your work ethic gets noticed and your contributions matter from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies accurately
Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders according to daily shipment schedules and accuracy standards
Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and in accordance with facility protocols
Maintain accurate inventory counts by scanning product, updating records in the warehouse management system, and reporting variances to supervisors promptly
Load and unload trailers in coordination with the shipping and receiving team, meeting daily throughput targets without compromising accuracy
Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards at all times
Follow all OSHA and facility-specific safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors regarding production status, delays, or equipment issues
Support cross-functional warehouse functions as assigned, including cycle counting, labeling, and kitting tasks
Consistently meet or exceed individual productivity and accuracy benchmarks established by facility management
Requirements
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods in a warehouse environment
Basic reading and math skills required for order verification and inventory documentation
Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance in previous work history
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment while maintaining accuracy
Willingness to work assigned shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on facility needs
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a related field is preferred
