Job Summary

A great temp-to-hire opportunity is available for an experienced Warehouse Associate in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse professional with hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory support.

The Warehouse Associate will play an important role in keeping daily operations moving accurately and on schedule within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, the opportunity to build long-term stability, and a team-oriented workplace where accuracy, dependability, and strong follow-through are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify shipping labels for accuracy before orders are released.
- Support timely order fulfillment while meeting shipping deadlines.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse work area.
- Assist with general warehouse, shipping, and receiving tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $23 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Chatsworth, CA.
