NextShining is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Miami, FL.

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring products are received, organized, stored, and prepared for distribution efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for accurate and timely distribution.

• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory placement.

• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and record accuracy.

• Load and unload merchandise while following established handling procedures.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational concerns.

• Follow company procedures, workplace safety standards, and quality guidelines.
