We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays an important part in supporting daily operations, maintaining accuracy, and helping ensure products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to established procedures.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
- Load and unload materials using safe handling practices and equipment as needed.
- Organize inventory and stock products in designated locations.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials in a physically active environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer or handheld device skills are a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, adaptable attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy, changing environment.
