Our warehouse team is a big part of the "local stock, fast response" promise. When a shop needs tooling today, you're the one who makes it happen.
What you'll do
- Open the warehouse each day: run the daily checklist and keep the vehicle and forklift logs.
- Receive incoming product and stock it on the shelves using our warehouse system (Latitude) and handheld scanners.
- Pick, stage, deliver, and ship customer orders from pick tickets.
- Pick and ship vending transfers and restock customer vending machines.
- Help with quarterly cycle counts so our inventory stays accurate.
- Scan receiving, transfer, and shipping paperwork into our document system (Enet Docs).
- Keep bins, locations, and labels in order, and keep delivery vehicles, forklifts, and pallet jacks clean and in good running shape.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized ("a place for everything and everything in its place"), then close and lock up at the end of the day.
You don't need to know our systems on day one. You'll get a trainer and a 90-day plan, with check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days. No forklift certification? No problem. We'll train you and get you forklift-certified.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- Reliable and on time. Customers and teammates count on the warehouse.
- Able to do physical work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable learning a handheld scanner and basic computer systems (we'll train you).
- Willing to follow a written process the same way every time.
- Lives our core values (below).
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- A valid Texas driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Nice-to-haves
- Forklift experience (not required; we'll train and certify you)
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- Experience with a warehouse system, ERP, or handheld scanners
- Familiarity with cutting tools, industrial supplies, or machine shops
- Delivery driving experience

Schedule, pay, and benefits
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Paid every other Friday (biweekly).
