Warehouse Associate

Our client, Warehouse & Records Management is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Inventory & Records Handling. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and dependable work habits which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pflugerville, TX

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Lift, carry, and move archived file boxes throughout the warehouse environment
• Retrieve and store archived records according to inventory procedures
• Organize and maintain file storage areas to keep inventory accurate and easy to locate
• Scan, label, and verify records for accuracy before placing them in storage
• Load and unload boxes from shelves and carts while following warehouse safety guidelines

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality to support daily warehouse operations
