Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday Friday

Possibility of extension based on business needs.

The worker will be cleaning the warehouse and performing decontamination of hospital beds.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate will provide service support for products in the service center; assist with customer requests for medical equipment; prepare movable medical equipment and support surfaces for rental; and maintain a safe and clean work environment. This position is not designed to involve direct customer interaction and is not authorized to transfer or position patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in warehouse activities such as bed decontamination, product cleaning, shipping, and receiving.

• Comply with all safety guidelines.

• Assist in maintaining accurate on-site inventory.

• Conduct general housekeeping activities in the service center, including 5S activities.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Continuous Improvement standards.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with sales, co-workers, other departments, and customers.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Keep safety training, meetings, and medical testing requirements up to date.

• Operate safely and within established guidelines and regulations.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach toward safety, health, and quality in compliance with all company, governmental, and customer regulations.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Complete all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.

3. Previous mechanical or hands-on experience preferred.

4. Ability to perform all essential job functions.

5. Ability to perform basic administrative tasks.

6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

7. Good verbal and written communication skills, along with good organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or GED required.

2. Ability to use a computer to perform assigned tasks.
