Warehouse Associate

TRC Talent is looking for a Warehouse Associate for our client in Piedmont, SC

• Temp to Hire
• $20/hr (based on experience)

• Initial Schedule: Day shift (during a brief training period), Monday-Friday

• Permanent Schedule: Transitioning to 2nd Shift post-training (flexibility required based on team performance needs)
  

• Production Support: Deliver raw materials and secondary packaging to production areas; return and log leftover materials.

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with inventory audits, and perform routine cycle counts.

• Material Handling: Reweigh materials, apply labels to finished goods, and securely wrap pallets for transport.

• Shipping & Receiving: Safely unload inbound trailers and load outbound trailers using a forklift.

• Documentation: Support the Warehouse Lead with shipping paperwork and sign receiving Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  

• Forklift Experience: Valid driver's license and experience operating a sit-down forklift required.

• Shift Flexibility: Ability to train on day shift and permanently transition to the 2nd shift (with ongoing flexibility as operational needs change).

• Skills: Strong attention to detail for inventory counting, labeling, and documentation.

• Physical Ability: Capability to lift, bend, reweigh materials, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
