Warehouse Laborer

Schedule: Rotating weekly schedule, Full-time
Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Summary

The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and products. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and efficient product flow throughout the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Load and unload trailers manually or with material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Label, sort, and organize products in designated storage locations.
• Inspect products for damage and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain physically active for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
