Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations, including loading and unloading deliveries, assisting with production tasks, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks as deliveries arrive and depart.
- Assist with production tasks using both machine-operated and manual processes.
- Learn to operate production equipment, including:
- Folding machines
- Cutting machines
- Inserting machines
- Ink-jetting machines
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and resolve common equipment issues as needed.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and project priorities with office and production staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
