Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

Restoration Hardware (RH) operates large-scale distribution and fulfillment centers supporting furniture, décor, and home delivery operations. A Warehouse Associate at RH is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Stage, palletize, wrap, and prepare outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support team operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain compliance with RH standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred
