Opportunity Summary
Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our high-performance team in Shelbyville, IN. This is a fast-paced, physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and the opportunity to earn more based on productivity. What You'll Do
- Load and unload freight from trailers by hand and with warehouse equipment
- Move, sort, and handle products safely and efficiently
- Maintain a productive work pace in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by site leadership
- Earn production-based pay, giving you the opportunity to increase your weekly earnings through performance
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Previous warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
