Position Overview

Micone Staffing Resources is hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing company in Lemmon Valley that is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want more than just a temporary job.

This is a true temp-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment. Associates will work through Micone Staffing for approximately 520 hours while learning the operation, demonstrating reliability, and building their skills. Successful associates will then have the opportunity to be hired directly by the company.

The company believes in cross-training its employees and providing opportunities for growth. You won't be limited to one area of the warehouse—you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple departments, develop new skills, and build a long-term career.

The facility is located close to the bus line in Lemmon Valley.

Pay & Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

• Starting pay: $18.00+/hour, depending on experience

• Full-time position

• Approximately 520 hours through Micone Staffing before becoming eligible for direct hire

• $1.00/hour pay increase upon successful conversion to the company

• Additional pay increase after 90 days as a company employee

• Quarterly bonus eligibility after being hired directly

• Quarterly bonuses have historically ranged from approximately $800–$2,500, and the company reports it has paid a quarterly bonus consistently for the past five years

• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits available after 90 days of direct employment

• Advancement within the company is highly encouraged

What You'll Do

Warehouse Associates will be cross-trained and may work in several areas of the operation, including:

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Reading and following pick tickets

• Checking orders for accuracy

• Packaging products and preparing orders for shipment

• Printing and applying shipping labels

• Stacking completed orders on pallets

• Receiving incoming products

• Loading and unloading shipments

• Operating warehouse equipment after appropriate training

• Identifying order discrepancies and communicating errors to the appropriate team member

• Moving between departments based on daily operational needs

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Previous experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus but is not required for every candidate.

Language Requirements

Some positions require employees to read, write, and communicate in English.

Checker positions may be a great fit for bilingual or primarily Spanish-speaking candidates who are able to read English well enough to accurately review pick tickets, product information, and shipping documentation.
