Warehouse Associate

SNELLING is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join an established local business. Our customer is seeking candidates for all shifts. The Warehouse Associate pay rate will be $15 – 16 / HR. This company offers full benefits once hired onto their payroll!
 
This Warehouse Associate position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that while SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.
 
Qualifications to be considered for the Warehouse Associate include:

• Must have good communication skills and customer service skills as they will be interacting with customers
• Two years of stable work history. Experience with order pulling in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for long periods of time
• Ability to read and understand orders and shipping labels
• Ability to identify and correct mistakes
• Flexibility to work outside of the scheduled hours on occasion
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and practices
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
