Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and yard operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for pulling orders, staging materials, stocking inventory, operating a sit-down forklift, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace.

The ideal candidate has recent warehouse experience, forklift experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pull tickets and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Put away inventory and organize materials in warehouse and yard locations.
• Wrap, stage, and secure materials for shipment or storage.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials.
• Operate a Sit-Down Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders accurately.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent and consistent warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Sit-Down Forklift experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
