The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse. This hands-on role focuses on receiving, moving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure products are accurately placed, easily accessible, and ready for use or shipment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with team - Relay supply needs, cleaning priorities, and any safety concerns to FOH/BOH staff; provide occasional backup on simple prep or dish‑room tasks during peak periods
- Unload incoming deliveries from trucks and containers in a timely and organized manner
- Move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment, stock shelves, bins, and storage areas according to established inventory systems and procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory placement and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology when applicable
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times (including sweeping, removing debris, and reporting hazards)
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits, inspect incoming goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operations
- Experience: Prior experience in a high‑volume restaurant, hotel, or institutional setting preferred (1 + year)
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; comfortable working in hot, steamy, or noisy environments
- Availability: Flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to work rotating 8‑hour shifts
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of sanitation standards with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Certifications: ServSafe

Expected Compensation
$18.42 - $22.74/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
