Warehouse Checker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Checker to join our team! The Warehouse Checker plays a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations by ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are correct, properly labeled, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).

• Check products for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.

• Maintain records of shipments, shortages, or discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification.

• Collaborate with loaders, forklift operators, and supervisors to resolve any issues.

• Report errors, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a must!

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to [insert lbs].

• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
