Warehouse Clerk

Position Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing shipping and receiving transactions, organizing warehouse documentation, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role ensures inventory records remain accurate while supporting production and distribution activities.

Our facility also produces an innovative, ultralight, 17-pound 520w module, designed for commercial rooftops and low-load-bearing structures, bringing solar to places traditional panels can’t reach.

Essential Duties

• Process receiving documentation.
• Verify incoming shipments.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Assist with shipping documentation.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Enter inventory transactions into company systems.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse files.
• Support audits.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

• One year of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent keyboard and computer use.
• Occasional warehouse work.
