Warehouse Clerk (3rd Shift)

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Schedule: 3rd Shift | Must be available to work weekends

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse operations during our 3rd shift. Under the supervision of a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, the Warehouse Clerk will provide clerical and administrative support while ensuring efficient operation of receiving, shipping, inventory control, returns, and quality control functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with warehouse clerks, customers, and suppliers as needed.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update operational data and shift metrics.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, summaries, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and warehouse documentation.
• Gather and distribute information to warehouse employees and management.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and operational activities for assigned departments or shifts.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory control, returns processing, and quality control functions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or clerical experience preferred.
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
