Basic Function and Responsibility:
The warehouse clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing a wide variety of supplies, equipment, and materials, including food items. The position involves maintaining computerized inventory records, performing internal print jobs, assembling and repairing furniture, and providing departmental support services. Duties also include ensuring accurate documentation, assisting in logistics, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Appointing Authority and Supervision Received:
The deputy court administrator of family court is the appointing authority. The warehouse clerk receives direct supervision by the warehouse supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: (Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis, provided a high school diploma or GED has been obtained.)
High School diploma or equivalent plus one year of directly-related warehouse experience, which should include at least two of the following: material handling, inventory control, and order entry.
Necessary Special Requirement:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license from state of residence, and provide proof of such.
Must possess and maintain state mandated auto liability insurance and properly licensed, reliable vehicle, and provide proof of such.
