Below is the Job Details for your reference:
- Effectively manage construction warehouse and storage of project materials.
- Coordinate receiving of materials by working with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure materials are inspected upon arrival for any damages, with all inspections documented.
- Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification of receipt.
- Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads/coordinators until installation and turnover.
- Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation.
