Warehouse CSR

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Pooler, GA. This is a key position that supports daily operations by providing excellent customer service, coordinating communication, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Additional Availability May Be Required For:

Peak season increases in business demand

• End-of-period support (occasional Saturday half-day)

• Annual inventory preparation and coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service to clients and internal teams

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Process documentation, data entry, and order-related information

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members.
