Warehouse & Delivery Associate

OCP Contractors is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate.

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver and pick up construction tools, equipment, and materials at various jobsites throughout the Columbus area. When not making deliveries, this individual will assist with organizing the warehouse, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working with their hands, and being part of a team. Previous construction or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up tools, equipment, and materials at construction jobsites throughout the Columbus area.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials safely.
• Prepare tools and equipment for delivery to jobsites.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing warehouse inventory.
• Help maintain accurate records of tools and equipment being delivered and returned.
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Assist with minor repairs and general warehouse maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with the Warehouse Manager and field personnel regarding deliveries and equipment needs.
• Keep warehouse areas, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools is helpful.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 certification within six months of hire.
