    Job Description

    Location: Fairfield, OH (Onsite)

    ​

    Duration: 06 months

    ​

    ·        Responsible for designing and planning the inner layout of the warehouse

    ·        Ensuring optimised functioning of the warehouse and achieving maximum efficiency & space utilization.

    ·        Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.

    ·        Adopts lean concepts to streamline processes to achieve process flow efficiency.

    ·        Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.

    ·        Measures and analyzes warehousing performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.

    ·        Manages projects to design and optimize warehousing processes.

     

    What qualifications will make you successful?

    ·        Bachelor’s Degree required.

    ·        At least 2 years of warehouse design/optimization experience.

    ·        Proficient in computer aided design and drafting software.

    ·        Proficient Microsoft Skills and SAP.

    ·        Knowledge of Database systems (SQL, Tableau etc.) a plus.
