Hoffman Hydronics
Location: Georgia
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Role Overview
The Warehouse Facilities & Operations Lead is a key driver of how the Georgia warehouse operation shows up every day. This role is responsible for supporting the safety, organization, efficiency, and overall day-to-day performance of the warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics activity, and supporting pump assembly operations.
This role is for someone who takes real ownership of the job - someone who takes pride in the condition of the facility, the performance of the operation, and the quality of the results. The right person will notice what needs attention, set a high standard, follow through, and help create a warehouse operation that reflects well on Hoffman Hydronics.
Who We Are
Hoffman Hydronics is committed to delivering excellence in warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service while building a culture rooted in safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Georgia facility is a direct reflection of who the company is to customers, vendors, and teammates across the business. This role is an opportunity to help strengthen the operation, support the team, and contribute to a warehouse environment that people are proud of.
What You'll Do
Operations and Facility Responsibility
Hands-On Leadership
This is a lead role, but not a sit-behind-the-desk position. The right person will be visible in the operation, engaged with the team, and willing to step in when needed to keep the facility and workflow moving.
That includes serving as a reliable backup for pump assembly operations when necessary and stepping in as a backup trainer when the primary instructor is unavailable. The right person will lead by example, earn trust through consistency, and take pride in helping the team succeed.
What We're Looking For
How Success Looks
Success in this role means more than keeping the lights on. It means helping create a facility that is safe, organized, responsive, and respected - a place where the team knows what is expected, takes pride in the work, and consistently delivers strong results.
It also means helping keep freight and logistics running smoothly, maintaining high standards in documentation and execution, supporting team development, and reducing avoidable issues before they become problems.
Physical Demands
This role requires regular movement throughout the warehouse, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
It also includes exposure to warehouse conditions such as changing temperatures, noise, dust, mechanical equipment, and the use of required PPE including safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, hearing protection, and safety vests as applicable.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
