Warehouse Forklift Operator – Stand-Up/Reach

Step into a day on our floor

You clock in at our Countryside, IL facility and head straight to your station. The queue is ready: orders to pick, pallets to stage, trucks to load. You hop on a stand-up forklift, switch to a reach truck for high racking, and grab a walkie-rider to move pallets across lanes. You count inventory for accuracy, keep your aisle spotless, and follow safety standards to the letter. When a teammate needs a hand, you pitch in—that's how the work gets done.

Role

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to start immediately at competitive pay, with comprehensive benefits through ITS beginning upon hire.

Pay

First Shift - $20/hr | Second Shift - $20.50/hr

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

What you'll handle

• Operate stand-up forklifts to pick, stage, and load outbound orders efficiently
• Complete directed cycle counts to keep inventory precise
• Perform order picking to prepare shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety policies
• Safely use reach trucks and walkie-riders as needed
• Assist with general warehouse tasks beyond equipment operation

• Proven experience with industrial forklifts and related warehouse equipment
• Accuracy and safety focus in all warehouse tasks
