Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators in Wooster for a fast-moving manufacturing and warehouse operation. We're looking for experienced forklift operators who put safety first and are comfortable moving materials, supporting production, and staying active throughout the shift.

This is not a forklift-only position. You'll spend time both operating equipment and assisting with hands-on warehouse and production tasks.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Complete pre-shift equipment and safety checks
• Supply materials to production areas and keep product moving efficiently
• Move and stage finished goods
• Stack and organize materials in designated areas
• Assist with production and warehouse tasks when not operating a forklift
• Support inventory counts and material organization
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow established safety and material-handling procedures

What You'll Need

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• 1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safe equipment operation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to perform both forklift and hands-on warehouse duties
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, material handling, or production environments is especially helpful.
