About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving operations within a busy warehouse environment. This position involves unloading trucks, processing merchandise check-in, preparing orders, and maintaining organized storage areas. The ideal candidate will be committed to safe work practices and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and check in merchandise accurately
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
• Process supply requests and prepare orders for delivery
• Pull materials and pack boxes for shipment or storage
• Place items on racks, shelves, or bins in an organized manner
• Sort and place items in designated storage areas
• Open bales, crates, and containers to access materials
• Record received or distributed items using computer systems for inventory control
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Wear proper safety equipment as required
• Organize and maintain warehouse and work area efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 20 pounds
• Basic physical ability to unload trucks, open crates, and sort items
• Willingness to wear safety equipment and follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles (not explicitly required)
• Familiarity with inventory recording systems
• Use of safety equipment such as gloves and safety glasses
