Job Summary:- Perform daily count audits of pick slots to support selection and operations.
- Audit completed orders to ensure selector accuracy and inbound replacement accuracy.
- Verify outgoing product for correct pallet size and quantities as per shipping documents.
- Assemble and disassemble palletised merchandise during audits.
- Pick up stray cases in aisles and prepare them for sale.
- Participate in rack re-labelling projects.
- Communicate recurring issues and audit findings to management.
- Ensure error-free documentation by accurately completing paperwork.
Job Requirements:- Prior experience in warehouse selection and loading operations.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of motivating and collaborating with others to achieve results.
- Strong analytical skills and mental alertness for accurate and safe work completion.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
- Must be pallet jack certified.
Physical Environment:- Must be able to stand for long periods during the workday.
- Work in a distribution centre with temperatures ranging from -5 to 95 F.
- Regularly lift between 20 100 lbs.
- Exposure to machinery hazards such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanised systems.
- Must tolerate extensive walking, standing, and climbing steps.
