Inventory Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | OT as Needed

Are you detail-oriented and driven by accuracy? We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to support inventory control and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for cycle counting, data entry, inventory research, and resolving inventory discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts
• Enter inventory transactions, adjustments, and count results into the system
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
• Communicate inventory findings with internal teams
• Assist with repacking, re-boxing, and repairing damaged products
• Operate shrink-wrap equipment when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company and safety guidelines

Job Requirements

• Inventory, warehouse, or cycle count experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to lift, move, and handle packages safely
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
